We do not charge for an initial first visit. After meeting with you and evaluating your situation, we advise you whether it is appropriate for us to represent you. If so, you will be given a cost quote for either a fixed fee estate plan that includes a description of the work to be performed, or an hourly rate if the scope of your requirements cannot be ascertained from the situation you describe, or a contingency arrangement if it is appropriate for you case.
